World Center Hotel

Few rooms in this hotel are infested with some sort of bugs (my guess is bed bugs).

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and got bitten all over my body during the stay. The hotel staff were helpful in treating my affected luggage but provided no sort of compensation / refund for this nightmare. I was travelling to NYC for one week and this stay affected my trip as my entire luggage was taken by the hotel people for inspection and treatments.

I urge all the travelers to refrain from booking here. You will be disappointed as the best part of the hotel is its location, which is also satisfactory.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, beautiful views from rooms. Our room faced east, overlooking one world trade center and the reflection pools. Great location to tour the One World Trade Center, or stroll along the bay, shopping.
LOVE having my Latte in the morning, sitting in the lounge area, computers with printers.
Great Hotel

Nice and tidy hotel. Good service. Great location. Terrace Lounge offers terrific views of Lower Manhattan (One World Trade, etc). Plenty of construction going in this area but it is OK

Really great that is incredible value. The rooms are not large but definitely comfy and well equipped. The most brilliant patio on the twentieth floor really seals the deal. The view overlooks the world Trade Center and Memorial fountains. Make sure to go!

For the price, it's not worth it. I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel, I had a king size bed that was really just 2 firm twin beds side by side. I've stayed at holiday inns with better rooms. Do not recommend this hotel
