Holiday Inn Manhattan-Financial District

Extremely nice hotel, great price and a decent location. The concierge was not helpful or friendly at all. If you want to be close to the Statue of Liberty (Battery Park), the 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church or Wall Street, it's the perfect location. Otherwise it is pretty far from everything. There are a few restaurants nearby, which was nice. Overall great hotel for the price, but if you want an attentive staff and walkable location, it's not for you.

This close is really close to the 9/11 memorial but much more affordable on the rates and parking. Rooms were nice and clean. A bit small but can assume it's because of NYC. Has a nice little restaurant St George Tavern downstairs. Guess the elevators are the real problem here. Though very quick, there is just three of them for a 50 floor hotel and we always end up waiting a good 10 minutes.

Great hotel, provided us with a room on the top floor with a great view over NYC. Rooms are small, but not as bad as some NYC hotels and are very clean and modern. The staff were helpful and room service was prompt. Parking was what I would expect in NYC and was a couple of blocks from the hotel. The only issue we really had was the elevators were slow sometimes... They could have used one elevator which was an express to the higher floors. Far surpassed by expectations for the cost.

We did get a room up high as requested. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Closer reduced price parking would be a plus. Very close to 911 memorial, 3 minute walk.

The rooms were small but nice. We asked for a higher level room with a view and they were accommodating. The in room amenities were not that great, no fridges in the room and also the shampoo and conditioner were tiny. Also when calling on the phone to confirm it was very difficult to understand the front desk person. The concierge had trouble relaying subway directions. Very happy with the location as it is a three minute walk to the 9/11 Memorial. Closer , cheaper parking would be helpful.
