Woodlawn Station Bronx Post Office

This post office has a delivery driver who is very disingenuous. She prefers to give the deliver persons on foot the pink slips without even attempting to make the delivery. I am always home to collect packages from UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS. This woman has chosen to do the USPS work on her own terms and it affects me. I can not leave my home every week to go to the Woodland Post office. It is very unfair since I make a living this way, just like she makes a living. I do not know what is her issue with delivering these packages to me but I don't know her like that and as such do not have an issue with her. I am a business person and I need to work with professional people. She is very unprofessional and as such shines a bad light at the 10470 Postal location, there in Woodland. I collect over 100 packages a week and the guys from the other carriers are so kind and professional. The cart delivery persons with USPS serving my area are very kind and professional also. I must say, I even enjoy speaking Spanish with them. I am not the type to complain but this has been the 10th time I have had to call. My most recent complaint number is ca114096428. I am a professional and my business is run professionally. I hope that when she see's this, that she will rethink her delivery methodology. I don't need an apology, I need better service.
