Renewed my passport here. Daniel is excellent! I generally hate USPS but Daniel really made my visit fast and easy. They were also very helpful over the phone.

I have to agree with the post woman comment. She hardly ever shows up even for lighter packages. In the post office sometimes they can be very unhelpful after they fail to deliver your package and don't even have the decency to leave a note at your door.

I would not say that the service at the post office is bad but the postwomen are horrible. They seldom bring heavy packages to my house even when I pay for the shipping. The woman who drives the van and is responsible for the white plains road is very unprofessional. If she works the 10470 area, that's her. Lazy and very untruthful. Does not mean to bring certain packages over a certain weight. Why did I pay for shipping when she wouldn't bring it. I have reported her over and over again.
Very terrible service.
