- Poor #31164

While Wolford's product line is good -- high quality with a price tag to match -- customer service at both of its Madison Avenue stores in NY could do with an overhaul. It's supposed to be a pleasure to help customers and if you're never going to a) answer the phone or b) return the calls asking for information, please unlist your phone numbers.
