Website says it's open until 7:30pm on Wednesday, I was there 7:12pm and it was closed, even though someone was inside.

Best place if you are looking for new LED TV or digital camera. Every time I want to buy (or my family) electronic gadget I buy from them, simply beacouse they have very competitive pricese.1 time I found little better at Amazon and they did match it. It was Canon G12. They gave me $24 back plus 16GB card for free.My fiance told me, she didn't see a better customer service.We love them.

non expert advice, I know more than they do. pretty pricey even for Greenpoint. better off making the trip to best buy. Went to the wizard one time and they had no change and i ended up owing them money next time i was there. If you need a quick buy and don't mind spending a few extra bucks it's ok to go there. music, DVD, and video game library a little empty.

My parents' laptop started acting odd a month after they bought it. Nothing is working properly. They offer low price in the beginning but in long run it's a big expence. You better of on Canal Street.

Last holiday season, I bought my sister and her fiance a Bose SoundDock from this store. The item seemed new in box, but when my sister tried to use it -- NOTHING! It wouldn't even turn on! Of course the sharks at "The Wizard" were of no help. Luckily, the folks at Bose replaced our unit free of charge. Turns out, they don't even recognize this store as an authorized dealer. Buyer beware! Skip this store altogether. It's worth the subway ride into Manhattan to buy from a reputable place with an honorable return policy.
