Customer service was very very pleasant and courteous was indeed a great experience.

Bad return policy. Shoes made in china by who knows who (child labor???) They come to school measure shoes and then send size that doesn't fit. Don't waist your time and money having them do it in school take your kid down to their "warehouse" and get the right size the first time. The fact is they over charge for these shoes all other stores are charging at least $10 less per pair and give you free shipping.
