There is also a suzuki repair shop associated with this address, and that place I will NEVER do business with this place again. My car was sent there by the Suzuki dealer in Great Neck to have my car looked at. I spoke with this place TWO times before having my car towed there and even told them that i will NOT be with the car. I spoke to them the day before and the morning my car was towed and NOT ONCE was i told that i had to come in to sign papers for them to even look at. my car sat there from 10 am -3 pm with NOTHING done. I haven't heard from them so i called to see what was going on and that's when i was told that i needed to sign paperwork to have it looked it. They couldn't tell me this the TWO times i spoke with them before the car got there? They even had my phone number and information that they could have CALLED ME when it was sitting there for 5 hours to say i had to come it. I told them in the first conversation that i have never been there before. When I was finally told that info when I CALLED. i mention that i was coming after work, they tell me ok. I get there a few minutes after 5 to have me wait then tell me its too late. i have to come back. I go back the next day and now there is an issue with the computer i have to come back Monday. my car is sitting there for THREE days with nothing done to it. I had to drag my poor 8 month old baby around to and from this place that i live 30/40 minutes from depending on traffic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. GO TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT DEALS WITH ANOTHER DEALER. If I would have known about what a hassle this would be i would have just went out east instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!
