Empire Blvd is way to noisy to order via the window. It took a lot of patience to keep repeating the order and pull up to the window. It was very slow!!! I waited for the food and it's not fast food. The fires were horrid, uncooked and not crispy.
The onion rings were soggy and I didn't eat those either. The burgers were hot and fine.
Did the drive thru so I don't know how the restaurant looked.

The drive in window needs help. I had to call on my cell phone while on line to get the order correct. But Good Eats! The guy at the window was nice and friendly
