customer service is horrible. I really tried being as nice as I could, I really wanted to support a small business, but they really treat customers like dirt. you won't even save that much from buying their over priced used books.

Really enjoyed walking around and looking at their old leather bound selection, but when I asked if they might have a specific author the clerk told me, "Did you see any?"
I responded, "Not here, I was just wondering if they might be anywhere-"
"Then I guess we don't have it," he cut me off.
Loved the store, but I won't be going back. I worked in the retail business for years, and attitudes like this are simply unacceptable.
