Starbucks

Today, after completing a major work project and shipping it off at the Fedex Store 2233 Broadway (between 79th and 80th Streets) in NYC, I was hungry and walked across the street to the Starbucks 2252 Broadway (corner of 81st and Broadway).Before Iordered anything I asked an employee for code to the lavatory.He told me that it was "for customers only." This was the very first time any employee at any Starbucks anywhere in the country has said this to me.I was reasonably well-dressed and do not look like a street person. I'm also disabled and walk with a cane. The Starbucks employee suggested I walk a block and half further to Barnes and Noble - - obviously an easy walk for him, but not for me. This employee had no idea of what my original intentions were - - that I'd planned to order a sandwich and a drink. . He was just exerting his very petty power because he could. His rudeness pushed me right out of your store.

Great coffee and staff

Staff is so nice. Had been going there for over a year and i had no problem with anyone. My favorite people are Ashley Rodriguez, Alyssa, Donna, Nick, Joel, Alex, Raven and Fellon. These people make this place fabulous.

Friendly and personal and attentive and fun

The Baristas are beyond shouty, totally over the top. Also totally out of line with any other Starbucks in New York. If the line is in the wrong place or people can't hear them they need to look at the store design, not shout like they are on a football field.
