After reading so many unfavorable reviews I was a little apprehensive about going for the inspection, but it had to be done. To my most pleasant surprise, I was greeted with a smile, the agents were polite, helpful, and efficient, and the job was accomplished in a very short time without any problems. Thank you and keep up the good work.

For some reason, I had good day at this DMV center for a road test. Had a couple of hours wait, but that's normal at any DMV center. The officer was good, calm and professional. It was quick. For road test, Would definitely recommend over all other DMV centers.

Because you are reading this review you probably know how terrible NJ MVCs. This location is the worst! Go find somewhere else please. Officers are uneducated, don't know the laws, have no clue about the regulations, rude, disrespectful, racist. Purposefully treating people intimidating and disrespectfully. If you go there around 4pm they make you wait outside and don't let you in even when there is only couple people inside. They close the doors before the closing time so they pack up and leave at exactly 5:30pm.
I don't care about waiting but how these people treat you with your tax money cannot be acceptable. Manager doesn't help you at all! Believe me. There is only one blonde lady that treats people nice the rest is just disrespectful. I am writing this review after my fifth visit and treated like this all the time.

My road test evaluator was purposefully intimidating, insulting my knowledge of the road, and failed me right off the bat for not parallel parking correctly. I'm supposed to get 3 tries within 5 minutes, which he did not make me aware of. The staff are rude, disorganized, unhelpful, and couldn't give me another appointment until December (it was early October) I will be taking my business to either Randolph or Oakland, and as the previous review stated, avoid like the PLAGUE.

Rude, Unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing. I came here for a renewal of my license and was told I had to fix my name in "Immigration and Social Security" which I am sure was not an issue. I knew they just didn't want to accommodate me to check with the USCIS S.A.V.E database which counterchecks all foreign nationals who are legally in the US. I was then told they COULD NOT HELP me. I shrugged off everything and went to the OAKLAND DMV which by far their staff was a lot more helpful, said GOOD AFTERNOON and did not give you a nasty look or frowned upon you. They took my papers and counter-checked it in their back room computers. Was told that it might take until Friday (It was tuesday) for counter-check and just come back when I was called with all my documents. Well, the next day i was given a call to come back and my renewal process was just a breeze. No long lines or rude staff to deal with. STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you need an inspection.
