I have been a customer for more than 2 yrs. As of this moment that i am writing this review I have spent close to $5,000.00, from suspensions to tires. Very expensive compare to others of their size, and that's fine, as some of us say "you get what you pay" but this is not the case obviously. The personnel is very friendly and they appear to be competent but in reality I found the opposite.

What took me so long to write a review? My positive attitude, and the hope that overtime they would be familiar with the car and their efficiency would rise, but I was wrong.

None of the services they have done on my car has been successful, NONE! Only oil changes have worked for me and even them are too expensive $75.00.....

I will never go again to this place, and I would not recommend this to anyone.

The mechanic Danny is very skilled in what he does. This place can work a miracle for your car. They are truly car doctors.

Good service and reasonably priced..

I'm assuming the person I spoke to is the owner. He boasts about his equipment and it sounds rehearsed. You can tell he stumbles around his explanation of what's needed. As far as I can tell he has little to no automotive experience. The harder he tries the worse it gets. His "manager" Dave is rude and impatient. I question his automotive expertise also. They must think they can pull the wool over every ones eyes. I decided not to have the work done. I will not return.

Wayne Auto Clinic has the best service you can find in Northern NJ. Honest/sincere staff that goes above and beyond for you and the needs of your vehicle. Great atmosphere and the owner gives 150% to his clients. Def recommend them to anyone out there!
