Extremely convenient if you have doorman in the building. Always come within the promised time frame. A little pricey compared to other dollar a pound laundry services but the clothes always come back smelling clean and well folded. The only bother I have is the order min - even if your order is below that min, they charge you that set price, so need to always make sure to send above ~15lbs.

Terrible customer service, calls everyone liars, blocks you on Twitter for the slightest negative mention. Would not recommend.

Now I've posted a bad review, I got a response from a fake customer support representative. (It was the same person under a new avatar)

They're also threatening to post the photo of my door to anyone who asks. This breaks privacy and protection laws.

Do you want to give your address to a company that does that?

They said that we missed a pickup when we were in and waiting for them. When I asked them about it, I was repeatedly called a liar, blocked on Twitter, and after my flatmate posted a review on Yelp their customer service rep (using a fake profile) threatened to send a picture of our front door to any strangers who read the review and wanted a coupon. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Pretty basic service. Their site is easy to use and my clothes all came back folded neatly and very clean. They come within their delivery time frame,though I wish it was smaller increments. My pick up time was 10:30-1:30, which is a big chunk of my day. They also don't have scales with them, so you have to estimate how much your giving them and then they send you a receipt. I'd use them again because it was easy, but they don't have a lot of the nice perks that other services have. They're about $0.15 cheaper per pound, but do up-charge for things like separating colors and fabric softener that are included with other companies.

I've run through a number of laundry services in Brooklyn and they've all been a headache. No-shows, inflexible delivery windows, bleached clothes, payment complications, etc. I am very happy to report that Wash Club has turned out to be a stellar service. I work long hours and I have mobility issues, so being able to schedule a reliable pick-up and delivery has been a huge relief. Their range of hours are great and they have ALWAYS shown up. If I practically kill myself fighting crowded, delayed trains to get home, the last thing I need is to find out my laundry delivery decided to try tomorrow.

I like their range of washing options, too. I hope they someday add a wider range (like Mrs. Meyers for the detergent and fabric softener sheets), but the fact they offer an allergy-friendly alternative is pretty great.
