Miriam's Flower Shop

I placed an order online, and received an order confirmation by email. Everything seemed to be going fine. I received a phone call on the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered telling me that they could not deliver my flowers unless I paid them an extra $45. I said that was too high, and they said they could cancel my order if I liked. I told them I would do that. Robert, the person on the phone, told me that he would return my money that day. Three days went by, and the initial charged cleared my bank, but the refund did not come. I called again. Again, Robert told me that he would refund me the money, but in another two days. The money has not been refunded. Now when I call their number I got the brush off again. He says, I will call you back in one hour. It feels like this place is a scam or something--that or they have MISERABLE customer service. I don't recommend ordering anything from them.

All these negative reviews are false. Not one complaint in 7 years of getting my flowers at Miriams. Great service, don't know who had the time to fabricate such bull. If your flowers died in a day then you obviously have a black thumb. With proper care flowers can last about 5 days... Don't believe the hate

Really outragious commets, This family owned business has been in operation for more than 20 years, sad to say, that there are people that dont appreciate respectable and reliable service, this flower shop,its business and people speaks for its self, thats why its has been in business for so long, all these negative commets are false and hateful. miriam is a business woman of outstanding quality, above all, she is respectable towards all,woman and men,her customer service is equal towards everyone that enters her business, she is reliable and her product is always on time,her prices are standard,and there aint no waiting time, sevice is render the minute you enter her shop, miriam has a reputation of being not only in business for 20 years in the sunset park area, but also being a respectable person in her community, thats why it speaks for its self, people if you take the time to read these negative remarks,witch make no sense and are not true,please consider coming to this shop for the outstanding service,respect and reliability you deserve.

I purchased five plants in Miriam Florist.
In two days all the plants died.
I call the owner and explained to her the situation and
she told me that I didn't know how to take care of plants
and to do her a favor and to never come back to her
store. She was rude and nasty.
No CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...
Don"t Recommend.

Terrible Service.
I placed an order and flower didn't got there on time.
Flowers were delivered two days late. (for a Funeral).
Funeral house returned the flowers and she still charge
me for the flower.
When I went to complained she was outside talk to a guy
(maybe her boyfriend or husband) having a discussion and her
answer was you can see that I have better things that to listen to you.
