We were in New York for a wedding and only at the hotel for a few hours. The place was clean, had nice views, and the staff was professional and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

Extremely busy. The food was excellent. I have been to NY on several occasions. I always looking forward to the experience. A nice place to vacation.

I work around the W New York area. During my breaks and after work I enjoy explore the city, as there are a ton of hidden nooks just around the corner! The food is never a disappointment and the service is always as expected.
If only the streets were a little cleaner. I guess since it is such a diverse city with a high turnover of population types for different reasons, that's what's expected.

Went to the rooftop bar on 5th floor. Beautiful view of the world trade center. Nice layout, comfy chairs, very good service, very good drinks quality variety, very reasonable prices.

I'm extremely picky and always look for the best. So it's saying something when the W New York surpassed my already high expectations. We stayed here a week and they gave us a delicious complimentary wine when we arrived. The front desk staff and service overall were fantastic. Amazing view of the 9/11 Memorial and the new World Trade Center. We will definitely be back soon. 5 stars.
