Professional service center. Chris and his team do their best to accommodate your schedule. The key is to clear to the service representative. Don't ask for a quote based on a car they haven't examined. Expect the work to be done right-the first time. If you trust a local mechanic (not VW trained) then take your chances.
Car maintenance is not cheap anywhere...you pay for what you get.
I place 100% trust and confidence in the folks at VW Bayside.

Every person I spoke to her was rude! I will not be taking my car here any longer!!! I have never seen such bad customer service in my life!! I do not trust my car with anyone at this location!

my car went in for warranty repair, was diagnosed and fixed before the day was over, Chris Albanese was one of the most professional/courteous and knowledgeable service advisers I've dealt with in my decade plus of VW ownership

Called for a part (instock) and got a price, then was hung up on and now wont answer/return my calls.. Now picking up the part somewhere else for a cheaper price!

Bayside vw break down your car, wast your time and money. I came in for Jetta 2012 recall In April 2015 and they installed rear axle brace. On my way home the tire light turns on. I checked the tire pressure with the gas station and they readjust the tire pressure. The tire light still stay on. Today I am taking my car back to them.
Three months ago I had rear break shoes replace with them that cost me almost 500 dollars and keep me waiting over 6 hours. At first they told me takes about 2 hours then "a little bit more time".
