I just called them today (10/8/2015) to make minor adjustments on rental. The man was very courteous and did not hesitate to make changes - making sure I was satisfied. I have rented cars from this site before and will recommend to any one.

We have made a reservation weeks in a head View online.
Called in the day supposed to pick it up.I was advised they won't do it .
stay away from this enterprise location.
general enterprise can rate you and the local can override it. This is the reason I have been gotten.
