Total scum just google "ripoff report european masters" they change their name every couple of months. Scams include pocketing your down payment. Fraudulent paper work including contracts carfaxs. Straw purchases putting cars under other peoples names and telling them they are a cosigning. Boomeranging taking in your trade and not paying the lien leading to a repo. All cars they sell are totaled then rebuilt cars.

My experience with dealership has been good and will recommend people looking high end luxury used cars. I bought my Mercedes E 350 from the dealership last month, had a few issue which I noticed while making the purchase. As my purchase was within 60 days free warranty coverage from dealership I was saved. Bridget the Service Manager was great she took care of all the issues, which would have costed me a lot and on her advice I took 2 years additional warranty.

This dealership ruined my life. I was led to believe that I was signing an agreement to be a cosigner only to find out a year later that the car was solely under my name. I was beyond livid and made several attempts to contact the jerk that handled the contract but he kept giving me the run around. It turns out that the documents that he drafted and had me sign were fake and the copies were not included in the final documents that were given me. Please steer clear of doing business with these crooks.

Scumbags is all I got to say especially salesman Sam who promised me the world . Both with the sale and trade in of my car until the day came when he told me to pick the car after I already had my credit ran and gave a deposit which still has not been refund. All to tell me I cannot be sold the vehicle I apply for that it did not pass inspection and that they have to sell me a another vehicle.
At this point noone made sense at this place. And I have been waiting weeks for my down payment I was told that my card was refund with a bogus
confirmation number. Eveytime I call
noone returns and the funny thing is the
car is still available. I would not believe
anything they promise and do not I
REPEAT do not give any money. Its
all to good to be true. Consumer Affairs is now getting called all I want is my deposit back stop all the bs and run a legit business.

Went in to buy a car, agreed on the price no problems, took the car for a test drive no problems.Told me I had to take the car the same day to get the agreed price no problem.Asked for a CARFAX REPORT they said no problem.They came to me and told me to start filling out the paper work. I told them I needed to see the CARFAX first. They printed me a carfax report, once I had it in my hand I went out to check the Vin number on it against the car. Guess what the car wasn't there in the lot. I turn around and see the car being pulled out into the street, so I ran and looked and the vin on the car. Guess what the VIN number on the car and the Carfax report were 2 different ones.I went inside and told them that the vin's dont match they told me maybe I read it wrong. So I tell them to come outside with me to check it, Guess what the car is gone because one of he salesmen took it home for the night and when they tried to call him, he said he wasn't comming back until the next day with the car.Then they tell me that they might used the universal vin number.Mind u this is the same car that I was supposed to take home that day.Next day I go in in the morning and guess what the car has been sold.PLEASE PLEASE whatever u do make sure to match up the VIN number on the carfax report with the car u are getting.
