Worst place ever

Don't bother coming here. This place and it's staff are very cold and impersonal.
I agree with the other reviews. Wish I had read them before coming to this optical place.

Run, Run , to another place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Apparently it is common practice to make insurance discrepancies and blame the customer. Oh and lie about it and deny the deposit within solely an hour of the transaction once it was addressed with the employee "Lizette". What is interesting is that the glasses were ready the next day; it usually takes 3-4 business days. I'm guessing she didn't want me to have enough time to do my research. But after reading these other reviews I'm clear that they have horrible business practices and are a bunch of thieves.

I have to admit that at one point this place was everything the other reviews are describing but recently i went and found out that there is new management and some of the staff had changed the new manager was very helpful very polite and very classy when it came to helping me pick out my glasses and very informative as to why the price was what it was my contacts were also a fair price she even matched a price that i had seen at another place I AM VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH MY LATEST VISIT TO VISION QUEST OPTICAL and if you feel like one of the staff memebers are treating you wrong or unprofessionally just ask to speak to the manager her name is KARLA
