When I went to get my service upgrade a sales rep, Ayree, I believe helped us out and she was excellent at what she did. She was friendly, understanding and extremely honest in her recommendations. It was because of her that we made the most profitable decisions. It can be a great store with the right people.

This place sucks. Everytime it rains the computers are down and the staff are somewhat standoffish. I didn't like Tmobile for a while til I went to another store and realized it's this location
