After being with ATT for 8 years, I have been so frustrated with anything that has to do with cell phones. When I went to switch to Verizon, the service was amazing. They were so patient with all of my questions and so helpful in making me understand the new plan. I even had a fussy toddler with me, who stayed well behaved because of the happy environment.
