Went there this morning. Wanted to downgrade to a basic phone. Have iPhone 5s. Getting laid off, so trying to cut my bills in half. The women sales representative. Would not sell me a basic phone at retail price. And except my iPhone for buyback. Said I was still in contract. Told her I spoke to customer service and they said I could do this. She just said sorry can't help you. Called customer service and ordered over the phone with no problem And their sending me a buyback box. I'll get $165.00 for iPhone and $50.00 rebate for purchase of new basic phone. Was told they should have been able to do this at store.

I ordered the Triple play from this store WITH DVR, I stressed that I wanted DVR. I ordered it on June 9th 2015 and it is June 18, 2015. They won't pick up their phone for me to fix the issue!
