I went in on Wednesday 02/03/16 to see what my possibilities were. I had no expectations. I have experienced some real pieces of work at some dealerships, so I had my guards up and was not entertaining small talk. Tomas Garcia decided to work with us and we left that same day with the car of our dreams. Tomas was an above and beyond employee. He took his time in making sure we got the best deal possible. He was friendly and straight forward. He took my situation and turned into a huge success. Even after hours of sitting and waiting, Tomas still took the time in the pouring rain to explain all the details of our new car and to set our devices up to work with the car. He was just superb. He did not treat us like second class citizens. He saw us and treated us with the utmost respect. He even stayed passed the time he was supposed to go home to make sure we had everything we needed before driving off. He was one heck of a person.

I was impressed with their salesperson. She was knowledgeable and possessed strong communication skills. But they didn't have what I was looking for so I moved on. Wayne Ford contacted me about my experience by mail, email and telephone. I replied promptly and/or completely to all three. More than a month later they sent me another letter, emailed me again and called me again. I thought it was excessive.

The management tried to charge me $180 more a month on a lease than I got at All American Ford Paramus, with the exact same car, spec, and incentives. Once I highlighted the fact they tried to charge me this, they wouldn't let me take any of the forms. So, if you enjoy being lied to by the staff and want to pay $6480 more on a 36 month lease I recommend you use this dealer!

very disorganized . multiple empty promises. including availability of cars that are listed on the web as "on site". further it has taken over a month for me to receive my permanent plates
