Had the best shopping experience ever.
Came in on a Thursday, and met John who was friendly and knowledgeable and very sincere.
Nice guy, and very understanding.
My wife and I returned on a Saturday and made the purchase. John impressed me by having notes saved in his notepad with the item numbers and their prices, which saved us a ton of time. We were in and out in less then 25 minutes with a full living room, dining room, and bedroom set for our new place.

This place is really nice with a lot of quality stuff. But the sales associates are terrible. I had a bad experience with one of them his name is (Nate) he put the wrong lamps in my order 3 month ago and Im still waiting for them.

Bought my sectional in August (Ashley brand), still waiting for my issues to be resolved at the end of November since week 1. The staff at this store is very helpful and great people to deal with. No complaints about them. The customer service department is what's horrendous. Your issue gets assigned to someone, then they go on vacation for 2 weeks, and everyone tells you that they can't help you... the person who is assigned has to work this. Also, they DO NOT call you back and follow up. At this point my sectional needs to be replaced and I'm waiting for that to happen since September. My sectional also went down 400 dollars since I purchased it and still haven't had a fully functional sectional since I had it delivered. I don't even like it anymore.

Let me start out by saying the Salesperson, Robin was very nice. The delivery department is the pits as they will not confirm a delivery date, which is very bad, bad, bad customer delivery. I will never, ever recommend this store to anyone. I don't want to be a prisoner waiting on a delivery date. I expect that this happens in all their stores, therefore will just avoid them. There's lots of other furniture stores. Goodbye value city.

Recently went into value city's new location in Woodbridge and was impressed by the showroom and selection they had to chose from. I worked with a sales associate by the name of AJ. He was very polite and gave my wife and I the space we needed to shop. Unfortunately we did not find a sofa we could agree on however did purchase a new mattress from AJ and his Tempurpedic presentation was Amazing! Had it for about a week and love it!
