Outstanding ..!!! I came from New Jersey to have our rug shampoo machine fixed.. I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from a very nice friendly gentleman named Len. I purchased my Miele here over 15 years ago, after finally killing my refurbished 1970's-era Electrolux that I'd personally owned since 1987! Lenny recommended Miele instead of trying to beat a dead horse. Since then, I rave about Miele to anyone who will listen and I tell them to purchase the vacuum and the bags through Vacuum World and to service it there as well, if/when need be. My husband and I actually bought another Miele here as a wedding gift for his brother. I've brought my area rugs here for professional cleaning from our inexpensive wool-blend runners to our pricier wool and silk rugs - they always come beautifully. Lenny is the owner, he's incredibly honest and candid about brands and servicing. He offers estimates and his prices have always been fair. It's a pleasure to get quality customer service these days, especially with an owner that takes pride in his work and in his word.

Len (The owner) is the most, outgoing, informative, and helpful small business owner I have ever met. He truly cares about the customers' needs and making sure they have a great experience at his store. Everyone should buy their vacuums here.

When my wife and I went into this store with our carpet cleaner for service, we were met by a swamped, but friendly associate. He told us that they have a lot of volume right now, but he let us know they would take a look at our cleaner and be in touch with us as as soon as possible to let us know what the problem was.

Within a week the cleaner was as good as new.

To be fair, you'd expect that from any service shop. What makes this store stand out is the exceptionally warm and professional service. Unbeknownst to me, our cleaner was still under warranty, and they had the manufacturer cover part of the repair cost. There's a reason people are willing to wait for Len and his team- they're worth it.
