Nelson and Freddy were amazing!!!!!! I went to the store to get my husband an anniversary surprise.... There was a bit of miscommunication on my part... They were so gracious and accommodated me... Because of them I will be able to surprise my husband and make our 3 year wedding anniversary super awesome!!!! I will not go to any other store... They are courteous, friendly and professional... Thank you so much Nelson and Freddy... You have a customer for life...

I ordered a new phone here and they told me it was back ordered so when it comes I will go pick it up. No problem! I go to pick up the phone and they made me wait an hour and a half. I had to go, so I left without the phone and came back the next day and waited another 45 minutes to finally get it. They activated the phone and helped me back it up. I left the store to start my day with my new phone, I was so excited, to then find out that it was not working. When I tried calling someone or they called me it will ring on my old phone. I wasn't near this Verizon store anymore so I went to a REAL Verizon store to help me with this issue. I found out that the person who activated my phone, activated it with my sister's number. Therefore, my sister's phone did not work anymore and my old phone was still activated. She lives in a different state so there was no way I was able to contact her. The issue was finally resolved but Verizon told me NEVER EVER go to a retail store because they don't know what they are doing. Which is clearly true. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They have awful customer service, don't care about their customers. You will regret going here for anything.

I went into this location because it is close to Manhattan College. I was greeted very nicely by three members of this store. Jennifer, Jon and Nelson were a great team. Jennifer mainly took care of my needs which were three things - account access, a new phone protector case for my new I-phone and a shatter glass protector. Everything was great and friendly. I hope others find this store as helpful as I did. Thanks guys!!!
