US Post Office

DREADFUL service- They claimed a Christmas package was "refused" by us.......when no one was even home! I feel this USPS office should be thoroughly investigated. But then again- its our government at "work"........ no thanks.....

Worst Post Office Service ever. They never want to deliver any large size package to you. They lied saying tempting delivery and left you a notice but it's not true. They just want you to go to the post office to pick it up yourself. The person in the Glenridge location wasn't friendly or helpful when you called to ask for a re-delivery. Now he even not picking up the phone and just re-direct your call to the national line. I bet he got a lot of complaints call and that's why he's not bother to pick up anymore phone call. How can we get rid of these people with no work ethic?

The DMV is more efficient

Completely incompetent They should be investigated. Lived in the delivery area for 25
years. Always getting neighbors mail etc incapable of handling mail forwarding or hold
This place is the poster child for bad post offices

By far the worst postal service I have ever dealt with. I have not recieved packages because they were delivered elsewhere. Another time I had to go to the post office to ask for a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and they claimed they could not read the address, but they could have just scanned it to see the address. Constantly getting others mail. Also they never give enough time to get to the door when am package is being delivered. I could go on...
