The food is great . I truly love panera and I come to this one particular once in a while and usually during the week the staff is very friendly upbeat and kind but the weekend staff especially the management in the morning is horrible she is extremely rude and unprofessional and talks poorly to her employees and rude to customers and not kind at all one of the employees mixed up one of the items I ordered and I just wanted her to give me the one I originally ordered and instead of apologizing she just yelled and told one of the cashiers to fix it and turned away I probably won't come back to this particular one during the day anymore because of this

Awesome!!! Guys, PLEASE keep it the same, especially in terms of the loudness of the music. I love it, this is the only place, where it is actually possible to do some work (food is always great). Because the longest i've lasted while in Starbucks, was about 40 minutes - they became like a rock concert stage, not a cafe. But Panera rocks, just don't make it loud, and ill be the most loyal customer for life. Thanks:)
