Continued to state they would call me back in one hour with an answer on why my package was not being delivered. Took 5 calls and 4 more "hour call back" excuses to stall me long enough for their offices to close for the weekend. It is just so interesting what a "promise" for resolution means to this company's customer service team. Now they are claiming to call me on Monday to try to coordinate a time for me to pick up my package! Absolutely horrible!

Maan the guy there is SHADY. Always Asking what's inside which is fine. BUT not giving you the RECEIPT means they can cause you all sorts of headaches.

This was on my tracking info: "The original UPS Access Point™ is not available for delivery. We'll contact receiver for an alternate delivery location.” ... NO ONE FROM UPS contacted the receiver...ME!! For whatever reason they couldn't send my box of kicks to the 14th St UPS Center and sent it to the one on Houston St. ... I'm lucky I contacted UPS's Online Chat, who was able to provide me with this information. Get a clue UPS!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEY GOT TO MY HOTEL AND NEVER ASKED FOR ME SO THE HOTEL DIDN´T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. THEY DIDN´T GAVE ME ANY SOLUTIONS EVEN THOUGH I ASKED THEM TO RE SEND IT NEXT MONTH. I LOST EVERYTHING

there computer system of handling customer is bad. take 5 min just to get to talk to someone fedex is 4 times better you think after reading all the reviews they would stop this black eye from ruining a normally great service
