As post offices go, this is a great one. The lines are usually 2-5 people max, unlike many other NYC post offices. The staff are kind & attentive. One guy helped me figure out I was 2 oz into the higher package payment bracket and saved me $22. I really appreciate his taking the time.

Exceptional customer service. Went to renew my passport and Wendy was an excellent help. Highly recommend.

Extremely unpolite. I just call and ask to tell me who is the sender of certified mail as I'm waiting for some important letters. Lady over the phone told me she does not give this information. She was very rude. The mail man never write who is the sender. This Post Office should get new people. People they will be nice and polite.

The lady was very helpful with my passport renewal. She reviews my form and tells me what exactly to put and what is unneccessary. Explains very patiently.

worst post office ever. not helpful, just plain rude and obnoxious. seriously wondering how this place is still operational. makes the dmw look like disneyland.
