Came here a week ago, Nice place.. However we had some wings which were tasteless, a deep dish pizza which was also tasteless & the crust tasted kinda old, & the iced teas..... Tooooo damn sweet, we had to order water to mix it in order to "enjoy" my iced tea.. Also, the fact that people sitting near the kitchen area can actually see inside of the kitchen was kinda awkward.. One thing i did love was the mashed potatoes!

Service was good ... individual pizza making was really fun for kids ... but actual pizza was not up to the mark considering 20 dollar price plus tips ... tomatoes used were large in piece and not supposed to be in pizza ... better to sit at home and order from Pizza Hut or dominos (both taste better ) larger size including delivery cost at 15 dollar ...

Great Place to eat, family friendly and nice staff... Got to be a "Insider Club Member" to get coupons to try new dishes with discount.. best deal around!
Every time I go there they are better and better!! Great!

Just that, this place has gone from a vibrant great service w/experienced personnel....sorry to say, too many new faces in very small period.
Previous manager warmed up top people...
Waiters were quick, curtious and professional....
...ALL TV's can't be on the same channel all day;

Came in, barely any customers around
The hostess took us to seats RIGHT next to other customers, while her station was 5 feet away
Lazy much?
The wait was long, considering how empty it was....then the hostess gets rude when we ask the price for a drink
So whatever I'm enjoying the peace and quiet, when a FREAKING COCKROACH pops out of nowhere and I'm scared, disgusted, and pissed off. How does a family oriented place have bugs?
I should have gone to Applebees across the street
Then after hearing my compliant this male worker goes off to the manager I presume, and comes back and offers to pay for the meal. It angered me cuz I could have gotten sick and Thats what they have to say. Never going back there again and I don't recommend ANYONE to go there if they want to dine in a clean establishment.
