I have a Lexus 1999 RX300 SUV and I'm the original owner. For years, I have always had my car serviced in dealership since I thought they know the car better than anybody else. But the frustration toward the car problem is piling up along with my increasing bill. With my close friend's recommendation that I decided to give it a try at United Auto from last Christmas. With their analysis and several test drives, they replaced a couple of auto parts as required. Now the car is running very smooth and quiet again in old form. Every time I drive the car on the road that I can't thank enough to United Auto for their services in aspect of honesty and professionalism.
