This place is a hidden gem! John the mechanic is SO nice & honest; he's an excellent mechanic and a GOOD person. I'd trust him to the end and I'll never bother looking anywhere else. Here's one of many reasons why: We found him because my dad had a problem that others were not successfully fixing yet it was costing him a lot for everyone to try. Finally when he was told the next thing to try would be $2000, someone overheard him talking about it and referred him to John. John checked something simple that no one else thought of (or knew about if they don't have experience), and fixed it successfully for pennies, in minutes. How much more honest can you get? I've been going to him since last year with my 15yr old car and can only rave about him. And I like him because he explains things to me as much or as little as I want; I'm not just a number, or some woman dropping off my car; he can tell I'm interested and so he shows me what's going on under there and I feel like I'm part of it and know my car better afterward. :-) I actually feel relieved to know he's there, and instead of worrying and wondering "oh great, where should I try taking it this time?" I don't have to think at all, there's no stress. I actually feel like "I have a mechanic".
