Very disappointing experience. Wine buyers trust the experts in the wine industry. Paul raved about a certain cab and promised to hold one for me when his 6 bottles came in in 2 days. I offered to pre-pay for my bottle, but he assured me that was not necessary. When I returned in 3 days to pick up my bottle, I was informed that he sold all 6 bottles to a "regular" customer. IMHO, that action is unforgivable. I will never buy from his shop, and i would never trust him. There are too many other wine stores to patronize.

Awesome Place. The Owner Paul is very nice and knows his wines. I will go back and pick up more wine later.

Paul (the owner) knows wine. He is extremely personable. He always has a great selection. Consistently a great experience. I highly recommend Paul and Uncorked Wine Co.

UNCORKED! I wish I was there right now tasting wines out of their super fancy wine dispenser. Paul is a fun dude who goes out of his way to pick the perfect wine, he *really* knows wine & the restaurants in the area. Everything I've gotten from Paul has been killer. Stop by before you go to a dinner party & everyone will love you. Fantastic red, whites, bubbles selection from different regions with varying price points, what more could you ask for?!
