I ordered a pair of jeans about one month ago, size 32.....they are great. I found a pair of khakis that I really liked last week on the R&B website and the side note suggested that you order one size smaller because they run big, therefore I ordered a size 31. Upon receiving them and trying them on, they were too small. R&B told me that they were a final sale item and that they would not exchange them or refund my money. The only reason I ordered a size 31 is because they suggested it.
As a result, I will no longer buy anything from this company. I would not recommend giving them any of your money.

I jokingly commented that they probably charge $800 for the plasticy fake leather jacket thing. It was $1,650.

Annie was fantastic!
She spent a ton of time with me to help me pick out the perfect shoes. Normally people get frustrated with me because i take so much time. not Annie!
I will definatly be going back!
