OMG, the service of UGG's store in New York are ridiculous, they really need training the employees. My family and I went to this store and the other one in Madinson, both of their employees treat us like they were doing a favour that they didn't want to. I selected two pairs of boots and asked for my size, the lady that was attending us just disappear. Where are the decent treatment to the client? UGG has a lot of good products but the disrespect for the client made me gone with nothing in my hands.

Horrible service, the employees seem to not care about the customers, i went there trying to buy a pair of boots and the lady brought them from the back of the store and never came back to ask if everything was alright or if i needed something else, needless to say, i walked out of the store with no boots and nobody gave a rat's ass.

I must agree with some of the reviewers. I walked in and one of the two female employees totally ignored me. A couple of minutes passed by and the only male employee named Robert passed by with a load of boxes. He seemed to be doing the stock. I asked him if he could help me and let me tell you he gave me excellent service. However once at the register I had to wait for one lady who ended up not buying anything. The second lady wanted the cash register who seemed to be the manager about some items across the hall. She left the register knowing I was waiting to show the second lady some gloves. Finally another female employee came around to ask me if I needed anything. I then told her yes that I wanted to buy the shoes that Robert left by the register and that if it wasn't for his exemplary service I would have because the other four female employees herself included totally ignored me. All the employees were minorities like myself. The other customers were not. I felt that the female employees decided to ignore me because they perhaps thought I was not going to buy anything. Yet Robert stopped what he was doing and made me feel like a welcome customer. It is ironic that the customers that the female employees were catering to never bought anything. Go but ask for Robert! On the second trip the two ladies there were nicer maybe because the store was empty. I told them my laces got messed up and they gave me free replacements.

Horrible service, even by the manager,the people there are just rude. If i could i would give it zero stars. Tried to return exchange shoes and would not let me because I did not have the box! It does not state this in their return policy. I explained this to them before I started shopping and they had no problem with it until I got to checkout. Then they accused me of trying to exchange used shoes!! They still had the stickers on them! I do not reccomend this store at all!!

i have never bought Uggs but i know a secret to them they use animals abuse im not kidding search it they abuse there animals then take the sheep or ducks fur of while there alive! I may just be a child protesting but i know for a fact on what there to doing to these animals are wrong! Uggs should be band somebody please help support that
