great italian place on arthur ave. deceiving from from the front but big eating space in the back with traditional pizza oven. wide selection of items to choose and professional service.

Came here for lunch with some co-workers after reading all the great reviews. To start off the décor was awesome. I would imagine during peak time it can get crowded, but the look of the restaurant was great.
Next, the food was really really really good. We ordered the pizza to share and got the la Cirillo. This thing was awesome. When I come back I am just getting this. The flavors and crust were perfect.
We also go the short ribs special (very good) , some pasta dish (meh) and the Ragu salernitano (phenomenal). I would definitely come back here, just to try the different pizzas.
BTW only 4 stars because for lunch I feel it was a little pricey ($101 total bill) . But maybe I am being cheap.

I love this restaurant! It has a nice old Italian corner restaurant vibe when we were there on a Sunday noon. The food is very good and price is quite reasonable. We ordered more than we can possibly consumed. Their Pumpkin Pizza was delicious and plenty to be shared as an appetizer. We each ordered a pasta entree and was having a hard time finishing it. My dish was Pasta Al Forno and it was so filling with eggs, red sauce and pancetta! My husband ordered the spaghetti with ink sauce and I thought that was fabulous too. My father-in-law tried their Veal and it was amazing with their savory sauce.

I would definitely come back again but probably order less!
