The food here is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the Zuppa di pesce. Great Quick service. This place is amazing!

Aweful from beginning to end!!! Butter hard as a rock on stale bread. Salad swimming in dressing that has sat so long its mush. Frigid week old mozzarella on tomatoes that were tasteless and unripened. Orange discusting sauce (how do u make it orange???) on a pasta that was so over boiled it was rendered uneatable. Grissly veal in the veal parm dish... Never ever ever go there!!

We have wanted to try an Italian restaurant on Arthur Ave for a long time and finally we picked Gerbasi. We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon.
The Food & Service were excellent. Portions were ample. This was as good or better than anything in NYC at half the price.
