Very low staffing levels. I bet they need to pay a little better to keep better people. Service is why low stars. They are generally well stocked. Prices are what they are.

I spent 5 minutes looking for a sales associate and couldn't get help. And when I did get help it was not very helpful. A store this size should be adequately staffed.

wow...... just did a little shopping at this store and the cashier at the register 4 said the whole store is out of shopping bags...... what????? really
you giys should close the doors until get more bags and then reopen..... this is so dumb..... i mean people are spending 100's of dollars and u guys are out of shopping bags....... close the doors u dumb ass rude people.....

Staff at guest services hate their job. One of the Employee was tired+lazy+mad. Other employee at guest services was upset plus rude plus "ready to cry" due to hours issue and was discussing how bad it is with me. I had to wait very long to pick up my stuff. Extremely poor service.
