Don't come here. Especially for Halloween. Horrible customer service. Unfriendly. Been here an hour and still don't have my order.

Worst customer service. I'm very understanding of you mess up however, they are completely rude and see nothing wrong with their actions. Employee failed to give me a bag of items I purchased. When I called they said they would hold it for me. I get back to the store the items THAT I PAID FOR had been placed back onto the sales floor. No one apologized for the incompetence. Not even a bye have a nice day after the inconvenience they caused.

Mens bathroom is out of order.. women's bathroom is very nasty... both water fountains at the back of the place are nasty

DO NOT ORDER PERSONALIZED RIBBON HERE.
They send it out to some woman in Staten Island who doesn't know what she is doing!! The ink or whatever it is rubbed off of my daughters christening ribbon for her favors. I asked if they could fix it. They sent it back and it was returned quickly...but it still rubbed off!! WTF?! the store is ok otherwise, but find somewhere else to get personalized ribbon.
