DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Replaced the wrong parts and overcharged me for the job. I brought my car in expecting dealership quality after discovering an oil leak. Not only they tried to over charge my guaranty for a 6.5h jobs that should have taken 3h but when the insurance company called them out on it they passed on the extra charges to me, even after they told me that all I had to pay was the insurance deductible of $200 which they confirm during the call to tell me to come pick up the car. By the time I got to the dealership they were charging me $411 and trying to play the blame game with the insurance. Somehow I ended up paying over $950 to replace my valve cover gaskets. They also left the engine all dirty with oil.
Turns out that they rushed while identifying the issue and replace/charged for the wrong part. If they would have taken the time they would have noticed that the leak was coming from the transmission and not the gaskets. Something I had to pay extra to get it fixed elsewhere.
After I brought this issues up to them they tried to blame the insurance, but I have perform numerous repairs at another shop and never encounter any issues with my insurance, quite the opposite. Will never bring my car there again and advice you to do the same.

When I went to Town Audi I met with a sales representative named George Bautista. It was my first time looking into a lease since I have only previsiouly owned my cars. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in. George was very knowledgeable and helped me explore cars around the showroom. He was very patient with me. I told him that I was looking around at other car brands. The customer service along with the Audi brand had me sold! After two weeks of looking around at other brands I found myself back where I had started. They are willing to work with you, too show you cars that can fit your budget and make you feel comfortable doing so. He walked me through every question I had about a lease without hesitation (and believe me there were a lot of questions.) After I signed the lease he also took the time to sit in my freshly detailed car and went over every button and option the car had to offer. Thank you George for such a great experience. I look forward to leasing my next car with you and being part of the Town Audi family!

Steven is great. He is by far one of the most helpful car service employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered every one of my questions and gave me very helpful tips on how to keep the car performing at its highest level. Howard was also there and he is a great salesman. I can personally thank him for helping me in leasing my Audi. You have two extraordinary employees working at your dealership. They are excellent at what they do and truly care about the customer.
