Infiniti of Englewood

Got what I wanted ....you can't bullshit a bullshitter ....terrible customer service ...deal was approved after mid signing they attempt upping the price ....then I had fette Infiniti on the line and they were going to match call it and try to keep the deal "when I was already approved" .....was walking out then they decided to say come back and we can give it you for the price we initially spoke of ......Their finance analyst had a nasty attitude for a company who is trying to make "sales" ....

Had a 10.30 appointment arrived on time, no one came to check me in until 10.50. Went in for an oil change & the maintenance that was required. About an hour later the service manager came to me and said I needed new rear brakes (okay!), went from regular maintenance to brakes GREAT!!! Asked how long would it take quoted 45 minutes to an hour, so I agreed to have the work done. Hour passes two hours pass no one came to check in with me, to let me know what was the status of completion of the work. After waiting in their so called waiting area, this place isn't fit for customers to sit and wait. It's a small corner space with nasty carpet, cold, dirty chairs and 4 walls this is not the place I wanted to be wasting my whole day in. Meanwhile I go to find someone to see what was going on with my vehicle, a gentle acted like he was going to check the status mind you he never came back. Long story short I didn't leave there until 3.15 pm. No apologized for my wait and no one ever told me why it took so long and what was the hold up. 10.30 am to 3.15 is a nightmare to wait. I will never return there for servicing of my car or recommend anyone to this dealership and to think this is a luxury dealership. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHER EVER!!!

Had a horrible experience overall. My first day was pleasant. I was given a test drive and the given proper information on cars. After that it was all downhill. I decided on a car and left a credit card deposit. I waited 3 weeks to get the ultimatum from finance guy Mike, I had to finance with them to get the agreed upon deal (ok, not a big deal because they got me a good rate but I had previously asked if they could provide a competitive deal and was told no, so I wasted my time there). After having my credit ran and approved and all those steps I’m told the car was already sold. When I had previously asked salesman Mike to show me the car I was told they couldn’t find the keys and I believed that, maybe that’s what he was told but the car I wanted was no longer there. After that I expected salesman Mike and finance Mike to get me a comparable car at the agreed upon price, but all I got was a silence from Financial Mike and a response days later from salesman Mike saying they didn’t have a car with the features I wanted. No other follow ups or apologies. This is supposed to be a luxury class dealership but it sure didn’t feel that way. It worked out for me as I got a great deal and experience at an Audi dealership.

The people who worked with internet sales were great! I then got handed over to normal sales ... not a great experience. Still trying to get the details as to how everything had been handled so poorly.

(1) The vehicle we bought was shipped to us with no temporary tags - fixed after 3 days.
(2) The vehicle was shipped with no floor mats (the 3rd party vehicle inspection at the dealership noted the floor mats were in 'excellent' condition).
(3) Scratches on the vehicle that were negotiated to be repaired were not repaired before shipping.
(4) Registration paperwork was filled out for the wrong county in the state of registration, resulting in incorrect permanent plates - working with DMV because dealership has been no help.
(5) Taxes were assessed based on paperwork from the dealer, and the paperwork sent to DMV from Infiniti of Englewood had wrong taxable sale price on them - possible fraud, currently talking to a lawyer about this.
(6) I paid approximately $400 for costs that "may occur for out of state tax purposes" and was informed I would be refunded any amount not used for taxes. So far all of that should have been refunded, and none of the sales people I talked to know anything about refunding it.

It has been over a month since the majority of this was brought to the attention of the dealership (a week for the registration and taxes issue) with no real assurance on getting anything but the permanent tag fixed. I emailed a manager at the dealership and again, he was really only concerned about the tag issue. I talked to a lawyer about some of the issues and probably will be going to small claims court if this cannot get ironed out by the dealership.

Long story short ... if you can babysit this dealership and expect things to be messed up, you can make it work. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

After a couple months of having my Infiniti q50 I noticed that Infiniti of Englewood dealership sucks!. Why? for couple of things. First, I sent a couple of certified letters requesting to cancel some services that I didn't want after reviewing the contracts. I followed the instructions of cancellation as per the forms. Two of these contracts were canceled through Infiniti affairs and the money (refund) sent to Infiniti of Englewood. it was around July 2015 now its almost October 2015 and the money still hasn't' been applied to my Principal or nobody knows where it is. Infiniti affairs contacted this dealership several times and left messages. Guess what? no response, even Infiniti to Infiniti business. Second, I requested to cancel a service directly through the dealer with a certified letter within the 30 days as per the contract and nobody replied me back or I didn't here anything. in addition, I had a hard time to get my trade in paid off, it took for ever I had to make payments to my current loan and my traded in outstanding loan. It's has not been a comfortable experience lately. I hope my issues get resolved and as I said before that I recommend this dealer to everyone. Well, I take my recommendation back and wish you all "Luck" to whoever buys anything here. 9/25/2015.

100% satisfied, Thanks to Ray Broomfield for guiding me to acquire my Pre-Owned Infiniti Q50 2014 I think couldn't have had any better effort from Infiniti Of Englewood.The finance guy (Mike) was very patient I also want to thank him.. My experience was excellent and was the best that it could have possibly been, I won't go anywhere else. I really recommend this dealer!
