The staff at this location is very helpful accommodating and welcoming .
the cars are clean and ready to go ,any problems with the rental the staff in
a professional manner resolve it.I rent from this location 2-3 time per month
have no complain as yet.

Horrible Customer Service!
I had reserved online and paid, and was there to pick up the car, It was an impolite Indian-looking guy that gave all reasons for not giving us the car. When I decided that I dint want to pick up the car, he told me that he cant refund us!! Be very careful if you want to deal with these guys! They don't care about customers.

Absolutely abysmal. Horrible.

This is my 4th time renting here (only because I had no other choice) and it will definitely be the last. The worst customer service every single time, but was pushed so far this time that I felt compelled to review.

Which one of the many fails to list? Overcharging beyond what my rental contract quoted, not providing ezpass (as per my contract) and not even providing a full tank of gas!!!! How the hell do you not provide full tank of gas to a new customer?? I was given the excuse that if I past customer brings it back half, then that's why. So WHAT! That's not my issue and it's your responsibility as a dealership to to fill it and ensure car is in presentable condition (which it was not). I haven't even mentioned the other parts of contract they didn't honor - like complimentary upgrade to one class car higher, or the satellite radio, but those were also fails... As well as a lack of failure to provide any sort of concession, compensation for current or future rentals.. PLUS the whole experience took OVER AN HOUR!!!!! If I could give this zero or negative stars I would.

And I'm Avis First!! If this is how they treat their "preferred" customers, then I can't imagine how they are for the everyday customer.
