Tony's Pizza

Tony's Pizza in Newark has the worst service and Cold PIZZA I've ever tried! The owner is a true A$$. DON'T EVER GET PIZZA FROM THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I would never go there again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would...all of my coworkers and I ordered from there for lunch and ALL FIVE meals came with something wrong! I.E. ketchup when asked for no ketchup, no cheese on an ordered CHEESEburger...the list goes on and on! It was a disaster! DO NOT EAT THERE! Service was also terrible...took forever!!!!!!

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken was undercooked so I had to put in it a pan and cook it all the way through.shame on them

I recently downloaded GrubHub so I was trying local restaurants for something "new". For starters, they have numerous items on the menu. What caught my eye over everything were the fried oreos. Yes, FRIED OREOS - Oreos cooked inside some type of cake batter and covered in powdered sugar. These were some of the best tasting pastries I've had in my life. I ordered a Cheesesteak Calzone which was near perfect for me. The peppers inside were fresh, the bread was delicious, cheese - gooey, and overall fun to eat; was a bit drippy from the juices though. I also ordered a side of Bacon Cheddar fries which were pretty good too. My order was delivered by a very friendly driver that even asked where exactly to meet me (By my side gate or the building door). Tony's Pizzeria instantly became a favorite of mine and I highly recommend someone give them a shot if they're ever in the neighborhood. GOD those Oreos are good.

Update, October 30th, 2015: After waiting for an hour and a half for delivery. THERE WAS A BUG IN MY SALAD. I tried calling but they kept putting me on hold. The person that answered the phone didn't even seem to care after I told him the problem. Horrible way to handle a problem that can be easily avoided.

Ordered a pizza, salad, and calamari. When I made the order, the woman on the phone said it would take from 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. The delivery was surprisingly fast (30 min) and the delivery guy was very nice! They also take coupons without any fuss.
The pizza was good, but the dough needs work (too dense and chewy) and since when does a margherita pizza not come with basil? Calamari was okay, but I didn't expect much. The salad was excellent!
I would give it a second shot.
