We came here and there was hardly a line. The man behind the booth did seem a little grumpy though but who cares, we got our tickets.

Only one window on a busy Saturday. Had to wait an hour. Wouldn't do it again unless we wanted to go to Brooklyn specifically, which we did.
Plus is it's easier to find than the South Street Seaport one, though there I remember helpful people to prep you before you get to the window like they have in Times Square.

Better hours, always shorter lines and you can get matinee tix a day in advance. Service is ok. Borders on surly but come prepared knowing what you want.

The day I went, a Saturday afternoon, there was no one at the widow, although they were clearly open. I came back a few hours later and there was still no one at the window. We waited about 15 minutes, and someone eventually showed up-- but in general, my thoughts about this place are the same as the Times Square location: if you are eligible to buy tickets online from TDF (the organization that runs TKTS), you should do so, rather than wait in line.
Additionally, the pricing at the booths could be a little more transparent-- my sense is that TKTS isn't as good a deal as it used to be, and the only reason to go in person is if you're only in NY one day and are flexible with what you're willing to see. (Even then, do your homework, because TKTS isn't the best deal in town for a lot of things these days!)

Good location to get discounted day-of and next-day Broadway tickets. The line (if there is one) moves fast. You can check their app to see which shows still have tickets available before going.
