Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, who will stand around talking while there is a long queue. Literally switched to sprint after my experience at this store.

Stopped in on my lunch break cause I lost my SIM card overseas. Perfect service, Tyrell was awesome. 5 mins and I was set up again.

Pathetic experience. The staff is incapable of communicating the stores policies, if they even know what they are. The supervisor/manager was no help, he was a complete unapologetic waste. Go to any other Verizon store in the city, they couldn't be worse.
