The UPS Store

Slow. Painfully slow. New staff member obviously. Took 20 minutes to rummage through the unorganized back of house to box 3 items. Second, more experienced staff member, nonchalant about the growing line. Best part of the store was the delivery guy that helped direct traffic of customers.

They lost a package I was sending back, and it costed me an extra $30. Get a receipt! This store is unprofessional enough to loose my package they can easily do the same to yours.

This store is so distasteful, Theres always new staff all the time. The manager is nonchalant and has a "so what its my store attitude". I've called to let them know a package of mine was smashed in transit and all i got was "please hold" from a guy who never patched me through and this happened twice as I called, and when I call a 3rd time, I'm told "The manager just stepped out", how could that be when i called 3 times in a 20 minute time frame?
Needless to say i just gave up after a 4th time I tried leaving a number and never received a call.

The only nice part of the store was the young woman who works there. She always helps my wife out which such efficient work. She's the only one keep the remainder of the store alive.

Shitty customer service

Walked into the store at 7:10pm they close at 8... The guy's at the counter told me they were closed and only accepted cash which I found shifty, they then told me they only sell regular envelopes when I've received ups envelopes there and at others store's with no charge. Since I couldn't get the envelope or pay for it with my debit /credit card I asked for some tape to tape a box I had and they told me there's a 1 dollar minimum charge for some tape? Are you kidding me what kinda shady poor excuse for a store does UPS have functioning here... They should really get their shit together and fire some people... The greatest part of customer service is the CUSTOMER.... I shall not be visiting this location again and I greatly advise against you going there too..

Great service here. Guy who manages the place is very reasonable and accommodating. They stayed open 15 minutes late so I could pick up my package.
