Went at this store at wednesday. Worst service ever. I wanted to send my mobile to samsung that i had an email comfirming that i have free envelope, i told them, they didnt even check and made me pay. I was waiting literally for the 3 ppl that were working to stop watching a video on ones phone and then, the one got my envelope with the phone and throw it in the basket like he was playing basketball. They didnt even talking to me and when i asked where do i print my label the guy annoyed just pointed the pc with his finger. Unexpectable, i havent even received a confirmation for my phone, union square center on new york and the stuff is the worst, i would never trust ups again
