I usually do not invest in electronics unless I really have to but when my 15 year old tv broke down, I had no choice. I visited the PC Richard at Union Square and had a great experience. The salesmen took his time in explaining what I wanted and needed. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like he really wanted the sale. I really felt like the only one in the store (it was mobbed). In our conversation, I told him how I hated clutter and the old tv took up so much space and he explained how a wall mounted flat screen would solve my pain. I was hesitant, but Mrs. Right was convinced and we went in all in. Needless to say, it was the best choice we made. We feel like we are at the movie theater every time we watch TV now. I trust this store and will definitely return with my next purchases. What a pleasure! Thank you!!
